Priory Park trees' final spring?

IS this going to be the last spring for the tall, stately trees of Priory Park? THe last time their fresh vigorous leaes are going to give partial shade on a hot summer's day?

Who is going to benefit from the felled timber when the last chainsaw has completed its task? Not the birds, or inded us with the air we breath because, as we all know, trees help to clean the atmosphere.

We already have in place traffic lights and cameras in abundance along this route. By modern methods the vehicles could be slowed down or speeded up, according to volume and certain times of day.

But that said, the council will spend millions it hasn't got. I expect it will name the new road "The Cabinet Way".
