1. A breakdown of all costs
incurred by Southend Borough Council from 1st January 2000 to the
present day in developing plans for road improvements to the Cuckoo Corner
junction and Priory Crescent. This should include the cost of the archaeological
survey, the public inquiry and any other contractors hired to work on the scheme
and its design along with any other relevant expenditure.
